ZELVU Business · Legal
Terms & Conditions
Effective / last updated: 19 September 2026
These terms apply specifically to ZELVU Business, including the one-day trial and one-time full-programme fee model.
1. Platform scope
These terms govern the ZELVU Business website, one-day trial, programme catalogue, Business LMS, implementation tools, AI features, enquiries and support. For any paid transaction, the legal or merchant entity shown on the verified checkout, invoice or receipt is the contracting/payment entity unless written programme-specific terms state otherwise.
2. Trial access
An eligible account may receive one one-day Business portal trial. Trial access is personal, non-transferable and automatically expires at the recorded expiry time. Trial availability does not create a right to repeat trials or to continued protected access after expiry.
3. Paid programme access
Published ZELVU Business programme prices are one-time full-programme fees for the access period stated on the relevant programme page or verified checkout. A displayed full fee is not a recurring monthly subscription and is not a booking or reservation amount. Any future external financing or EMI option must be separately disclosed before a user enters that arrangement.
4. Current payment status
Official programme links open the company checkout at www.lexorbiseducation.com, followed by ICICI Bank. Lex Orbis Education (OPC) Private Limited collects the published full fee in INR for ZELVU Business. Payment is confirmed through the bank before admission processing; retain the reference for support.
5. Educational and business-support nature
ZELVU Business provides structured learning, implementation frameworks and general business-support tools. It does not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, buyers, export orders, regulatory approval or business success.
6. Account security and authorised access
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the platform lawfully. Trial and paid access are personal to the authorised account and may not be transferred, sold or shared without written permission.
7. Programme changes
Programme availability, fees, modules, lessons, tools and delivery arrangements may be updated for accuracy, content improvement or operational reasons. Material changes affecting active paid access should be communicated where reasonably practicable and do not remove rights that apply under mandatory law.
8. Financing and EMI providers
ZELVU Business is not a lender. If an external financing or EMI facility is introduced, availability, KYC, underwriting, interest or other charges, repayment terms and approval will be governed by the verified provider and its agreement with the user.
9. AI features
AI Teacher, AI Business Partner and counselling features are automated systems. Output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, customs or other regulated advice where such advice is required.
10. Intellectual property
Authorised access grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use relevant original programme materials and software for the permitted learning purpose. Ownership is not transferred.
11. Tools and calculations
Calculators, plans, CRM workspaces, templates and examples are implementation aids. Users remain responsible for checking assumptions, figures, contracts, taxes, compliance requirements and real-world decisions.
12. Refunds and corrections
Refund, cancellation, duplicate-payment and payment-correction requests are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy, transaction-specific written terms and mandatory legal rights.
13. Privacy, law and disputes
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer and statutory rights and the jurisdiction of the competent forum.
