Privacy Policy

Effective / last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains how personal information is handled across ZELVU Business. It is written for the Business platform and no longer relies on the separate Education website policy.

Optional website analytics

After you allow analytics, Metricool measures public page visits, referral and campaign information and browser dimensions. Network request information is also processed by the analytics provider. Login, private account pages and token-bearing URLs are excluded from Metricool tracking. Use Cookie preferences to withdraw consent for future tracking. Your choice is stored in this browser.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal information handled through the ZELVU Business website, Business LMS, programme enquiries, business counselling, support requests, admissions and related transactions. The legal or merchant entity applicable to a paid transaction is the entity identified on the relevant checkout, invoice or payment receipt.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide such as name, mobile number, email address, programme interest, business goal or stage, enquiry text, communication preferences, enrolment and payment references. We may also process limited technical, authentication, referral, campaign and learning-platform activity needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to respond to Business enquiries, recommend relevant learning pathways, manage admissions and payments, provide authenticated LMS access and AI teaching, support learners, maintain transaction and security records, measure platform performance and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

4. AI and voice interactions

When you choose the AI Business Counsellor or an AI teaching feature, audio, transcripts, prompts, technical session data and the minimum information needed for the interaction may be processed by approved AI or communications infrastructure. The AI counsellor is an automated system and users should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through banks or authorised payment-service providers. Never provide card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs, OTPs, internet-banking passwords or similar confidential authentication credentials through a website form, AI session or support conversation.

6. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, databases, authentication, payments, communications, analytics after applicable consent, learning media, security and AI features. We do not sell personal data. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, transactions or the platform.

7. Retention and security

Records are retained for purposes such as active follow-up, learner access, support, payments, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and applicable statutory requirements, and should be deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably required. Administrative, technical and organisational safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

8. Your requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion where lawful, withdrawal of optional consent or clarification about relevant personal information. Identity may need to be verified before account, payment or personal-data changes are made.

9. Contact

Use the ZELVU Business Contact page and select Privacy / grievance for a written CRM record of a privacy request. Include the email address or mobile number associated with the relevant enquiry or learner account, but do not include passwords or payment credentials.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the Business platform, service providers, legal requirements or operating practices change. The latest effective date will be shown on this page.

For a written privacy or grievance request, use /contact and choose ‘Privacy / grievance’.
