ZELVU Business · Legal
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective / last updated: 19 September 2026
This page explains the refund, cancellation and payment-correction framework for ZELVU Business one-time programme fees.
1. Scope
This policy applies to verified amounts paid as one-time programme fees for ZELVU Business unless transaction-specific written terms or mandatory law provide otherwise. The legal or merchant entity identified on the verified checkout, invoice or receipt is the payment entity for that transaction.
2. Current website payment status
Programme fees are collected through ICICI Bank by Lex Orbis Education (OPC) Private Limited. Keep the payment reference and contact Business support for payment corrections or refund requests under this policy. A bank debit alone does not confirm the website payment record; support can reconcile it before another attempt.
3. Programme fee and access period
The displayed amount is the full one-time programme fee for the access period stated on that programme page or verified checkout. It is not a recurring monthly subscription unless a future product expressly and separately states otherwise before purchase.
4. Duplicate, failed or excess payments
A verified duplicate, excess or erroneous collection should be reported promptly with the payment reference and registered contact details. After verification, an appropriate reconciliation, reversal, refund or credit may be initiated through the applicable payment method, subject to processor rules and law.
5. After digital access has started
Where paid Business LMS access, digital materials, AI-supported services or other paid features have already been supplied, the value already delivered may affect refund eligibility, subject to mandatory legal rights and any transaction-specific written terms.
6. How to submit a request
Use the ZELVU Business Contact page and choose Payment / refund. Provide the registered name, email/mobile, programme, payment reference, payment date and reason. Never send card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.
7. Material service changes
If paid access cannot be provided as described because of a material platform or delivery failure, an appropriate continuation arrangement, credit, refund or other remedy may be considered based on the circumstances, services already supplied and applicable law.
8. Financing or EMI facilities
If an external financing or EMI provider is introduced, the financing agreement, repayment schedule, interest or charges, cancellation consequences and refund handling may also be governed by that provider's verified terms. ZELVU Business is not a lender unless expressly stated otherwise by a legally authorised entity.
9. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or restricts a consumer, payment or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory law provides a different remedy, that law prevails.
